Intel names Douglas Melamed general counsel

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Intel Corp. on Friday said it appointed Douglas Melamed as senior vice president and general counsel. He will be responsible for overseeing all Intel legal matters as well as corporate and government affairs.
